Buster was rescued from a life on Houston’s streets. His foster’s friend’s parents found him, but couldn’t keep him, so Buster is shopping for a new home and family. Let’s see if you and Buster are a match!
Appearance: Buster’s coat has the most beautiful coloring. Okay, that is superficial, but it is a plus!
Personality: What do you think about “friendly, energetic, enthusiastic, outgoing and trainable”? Well, that fits Buster to a ‘T’! He has already learned to ‘sit’.
Likes: Buster enjoys long walks while listening to all you have to say. He likes men, women, strangers, car rides, going to new places, and grooming. Sometimes, Buster even likes cats.
Sometimes: Things can be iffy at times—like other dogs. They aren’t all best friend material. The crate isn’t always fun, but a treat can help. Barking, howling and occasionally jumping on people my happen. Large dogs take longer to mature.
Need to know: Having been homeless and uncertain of the next meal, Buster may guard his food. He has been caught digging before, and he is guilty of having destroyed at least one thing that was not a toy. He needs exercise, toys, mental stimulation and supervision. Weren’t you ready to start an exercise program, but didn’t want to do it alone? Problem solved!
Why the “unknown” regarding children? He hasn’t met any. People with children don’t always have the time and resources to foster dogs.
What do you need to do? Meet Buster. Spend time with him. Find that you have developed a relationship with Buster and you can’t live without him. Have a happily ever after. Do it today!
