Fanny, also known as Funny Bunny, was dumped into her foster family’s back yard. Fanny is a pleasing blend of Pit Bull and Pointer, which gives her a charming sprinkling of freckles! Fanny would be great as an inside dog in a home where she would be the only dog. She is okay with other dogs, but prefers the company of her significant human, whether it is snuggling on the sofa, following her from room to room, or simply sitting nearby while other tasks are being performed.
Personality: Fanny is a sweetly affectionate dog that seeks a connection with humans and will form a strong bond with her adoptive family. Fanny has liked all of the people she has met, gets along with cats, and is good on car rides. She enjoys going for walks. Fanny is tolerant of other dogs, but sometimes slightly fearful, which reflects more on her former life than her future.
Training: Fanny is house and crate trained. She is used to a collar and leash, and walks well on the leash. Fanny has great indoor manners and enjoys the occasional treat, which she takes gently from your hand.
Fanny typifies the rescue dog that deserves a second chance with a wonderful person like you! It is obvious that Fanny’s previous life could have resulted in a vastly different dog personality instead of this soft and sweet soul that adores physical affection from humans. Fanny will transition easily into your life, and if your employer is one that allows dogs in the office, Fanny would be a great, well-mannered dog there too. Please meet Fanny and find out what you have in common!
